We currently have an exciting position in Currong for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. Your duties will include: Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety of equipment and aids.Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.Being part of a fun and dynamic team.Requirements: Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers.Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster; you will be required to work across morning, afternoon and active night shifts, including weekend and public holiday shifts.Experience supporting customers with intellectual disability, high physical support needs and medical/health needs.A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).Local to the North Shore.We offer: Attractive hourly rate + Super + Penalty Rates.$100 per year Well-being Allowance to treat yourselfDiscounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport.Employee Assistance Program.Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support.Join an industry leader and high performing team.Specialist training opportunities.Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers.Important information: At CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
