Contracts Administrator Department: PRO CONCRETE GROUP PTY L
Work type: Permanent - full time
Location: Brisbane
DMG have a career defining Contracts Administrator opportunity to launch your construction career with a household name and join our South-East Queensland team.
Under the guidance of a Construction Manager, you will provide accurate and timely contracts administration and ensure project performance is reviewed and analysed to maintain accurate monitoring, reporting, and forecasting.
This role will also be responsible for reviewing compliance with commercial requirements set out in head contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, and project specific requirements.
Your day will involve:
Preparing and submitting progress claims to clients Analysing and preparing all variations Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers Monitoring site activities and ensuring they are performed within budget Preparing and presenting monthly project reports and forecasts Estimating and cost planning for live and prospective projects Team lead on project financial performance.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Building and Construction industry Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Proficiency with enterprise resource planning software, in particular Jobpac and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
