We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to help lead our restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities:Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth serviceLead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer serviceManage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsMonitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as neededEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environmentHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficientlyAssist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitabilityAnalyze sales data and prepare reports for upper managementStep in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, making critical decisions to maintain operationsQualifications:Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse teamExcellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiencesProficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environmentKnowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining hygiene standardsExperience with inventory management and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredFood Safety CertificationUnderstanding of food and beverage industry trendsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
