We provide personal support to members of the community, helping them access a wide range of Government services, health insurance and public transport information, improve road safety and interpreter services.

You have excellent communication skills, an engaging phone manner, and a strong desire to learn new skills.
You like helping others and making a positive difference, and truly enjoy working as part of a large team.
You are passionate and driven and demonstrate exceptional moral values in all that you do.
About the Role: You will work as part of a friendly and diverse team to deliver first class customer service through inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government department.You will manage enquiries, log detailed interactions, and manage secure and sensitive data with professionalism and empathy.Fully paid, comprehensive classroom and on the job training.Ongoing training tailored for your personal development goals.Requirements: Australian CitizenshipEngaging phone manner with strong desire to learn new skillsAbility to follow processes and solve problemsAbility to hold a current National Police CheckThis is a position of trust and responsibility, and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment as an essential selection component for this role.
