About us:
We are Baldwin Crisis Services, a small family-owned business offering squalor and hoarding cleaning solutions.
We also provide end of lease cleaning, regular general/deep cleans, new build/renovation cleans, plus housekeeping services.
Our services include decluttering and sorting, rubbish removal, and lawn/garden tidy-ups.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining clean and sanitary environments for our clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours and who enjoys contributing to a clean and organized space.
We are looking for someone well-presented, friendly, and empathetic to represent our business.

Responsibilities:
Quality Control.
Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms/toilets.
Flexibility in tasks provided to suit our clients.
Follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with at least 3 days availability 8:30-5pm.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
Leadership experience.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends as needed.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
Comfortable in squalor situations.
Current driver's license and a reliable car.
Police Check.
