It is primarily a blue-collar business with a smaller corporate cohort of white-collar employees and has recently experienced one of its most profitable years.With a strong commitment to sustainability and a clear mission focused on decarbonisation and innovation in building solutions, this company is all about greener cities, smarter infrastructure, and better living standards, all while aiming for net-zero emissions.About the RoleReporting into the Executive General Manager People & Culture & Communications, the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering is responsible for delivering sound strategic HR, ER and IR advice and providing support to the business units and functional teams within allocated portfolios in line with agreed group and national people and culture strategies and deliverables.You will be a key player within the ANZ people and culture team while specifically providing leadership and support to the New Zealand EGM and the New Zealand business.Key Responsibilities:Provide consistent high-quality people and culture advice and assistance to the BU leadership team and the business generally.Assist in the development, implementation and deployment of HR strategic initiatives across the business to improve the performance of people in line with business direction.Work with the recruitment and resourcing team to ensure best practice and cost-effective recruitment, retention and redeployment strategies are in place across the business.Provide training and advice to managers in all aspects of legislation, draft compliant agreements with employees and unions, and assist with negotiations as required, terminations and defend unfair dismissal claims.Assist businesses in identifying and developing talent through coaching, mentoring, training and experiential learning.About YouTertiary qualified with experience working in a senior People and Culture role within a multi-site organisation will be a distinct advantage.Previous experience working with a matrix structure.Demonstrated project management experience is advantageous.Experience leading a team.Commercially astute with a pragmatic approach.An excellent knowledge of employment legislation, awards and industrial instruments.A background working in primarily blue-collar businesses.Please apply above or contact Bo Campbell on for a further confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
