While striving to deliver a customer centric shopping experience through occasion and solution-based offerings
Day to day will include, but not limited to: Sales & Financial Performance:Manage sales, GP and Trade Partner support to budgetProduct Development:Deliver new product development against category targets, including development of private branded productsProduct Range Management: Ensure category range planning is reviewed regularly, analyse/plan range change implementation, impacts ensuring that plans are supported through inventory budges, space plans & layoutsCategory Strategy:Develop & implement category strategic plans, driving relevant and appealing offers to support delivery of SCA strategic objectivesPromotions Management:Plan promotional activities across all channels, maximising sales, units and gross profitPricing Management:Conduct regular competitor reviews & proactively addressing price changes and currency movements, ensuring margins are being achievedAbout You: Category management experience within the automotive industry is essential to be considered for this roleExperience with trade customersStrategic mindset with forward-thinking approachAdvanced interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective business relationships both internally and externally.Excellent communication skillsStrong negotiation abilitiesHigh-level analytical skillsStrong computer skillsOur Culture of Inclusion: Super Retail Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We support, promote and celebrate diversity and we recognise the benefits a culture of inclusion brings to our workplace and customer experience.
