You will be responsible for category profit and contribution through alignment of the range offering with trade partners, customers and market.
While striving to deliver a customer centric shopping experience through occasion and solution-based offerings
Day to day will include, but not limited to:
Sales & Financial Performance: Manage sales, GP and Trade Partner support to budget Product Development: Deliver new product development against category targets, including development of private branded products Product Range Management: Ensure category range planning is reviewed regularly, analyse/plan range change implementation, impacts ensuring that plans are supported through inventory budges, space plans & layouts Category Strategy: Develop & implement category strategic plans, driving relevant and appealing offers to support delivery of SCA strategic objectives Promotions Management: Plan promotional activities across all channels, maximising sales, units and gross profit Pricing Management: Conduct regular competitor reviews & proactively addressing price changes and currency movements, ensuring margins are being achieved About You:
Category management experience within the automotive industry is essential to be considered for this role Experience with trade customers Strategic mindset with forward-thinking approach Advanced interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective business relationships both internally and externally.
