Based in our award-winning, waterfront Auckland CBD premises, you will be part of a successful agency team responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships to provide quality leasing solutions to large format retail clients.The value you'll add:Identifying and building relationships with prospective LFR tenants and landlords in the marketEstablishing and maintaining high presence in the marketConducting property inspections, assessing market conditions, and providing expert advice to clientsCreating and executing effective strategies to maximise outcomes for clientsCollaborating with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutionsStaying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activitiesMaintaining a strong network of internal and industry contacts to generate new business opportunitiesQualificationsREA salesperson's licenseProven track record of high performance in sales or leasing would make for a successful transition into this roleUnderstanding of the local retail property market and established network of clientsYour strengthsExceptional communication skillsTeam playerIntegrityDrive and initiativeAdaptableWhat we offerNew Zealand's leading international commercial property brandColliers Academy, a 12-month programme to accelerate your career in propertyMentoring from industry expertsAn inclusive, collaborative and social culture with regular team eventsWellbeing benefits and initiativesWide variety of product discounts and benefitsColliers is an inclusive employer, where different perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds are celebrated.
