About the role You'll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve.
As the Admin Officer / Coordinator you are responsible for delivery of rostering and administrative functions for aged care services.
This position is a permanent part-time role 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday.
About You : You are a team player, and you enjoy interacting with elderly people.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can interact with people from all walks of life.You are competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.You have proven experience in an office administration / clerical position; aged care experience is highly desirable.You possess exceptional customer service skills and are able to work with minimal supervision.You have previous rostering / scheduling experience; Kronos experience is highly desirable.Our Culture People enjoy working at BaptistCare because they love what they do and the communities we help.
