Aftermarket Sales Consultant - Car Care SpecialistWerribee & Western Automotive Group has an opening for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant / Car Care Specialist to join our successful team.We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and positive-minded individual who has a passion for the automotive industry and a flair for sales.
We are looking for a team player who is self-driven and self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal & presentation skills.
Excellent customer service every time will be key to your success
Previous Aftermarket / Car Care sales experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded.This position is well supported by our management team.
A generous salary package will be offered in line with your proven aftermarket sales experience and success, plus a rewarding sales commission structure.
For the proven successful aftermarket specialist, a fully maintained vehicle or vehicle allowance is on offer.The expectations of this role include:Solid and consistent profit contribution to the businessAlways provide a high level of customer service to customersEnsure customers are comfortable during their visit to the dealershipIdentify opportunities to deliver profit to the aftermarket departmentWork with the sales team in ensuring vehicle deliveries are prepared on timeHelp with day to day front end tasks where necessaryTo be successful in this role:Aftermarket experience in the automotive industry preferredExperience in a customer-facing role, along with a desire to succeed, a can-do attitude, and the want to work in an organization focused on teamwork, providing first-class customer service, and driving consistent profitabilityHighly organized with strong planning skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
