Job DescriptionThis is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join our team.
This role is flexible to your situation, either at home, in the office, or a mixture of both.
You will be on your way to becoming a polished Property Lawyer in the conveyancing space.
This role gives the opportunity to support the drafting, contract review, and settlement functions while supporting business strategy and preparation for the new Seller Disclosure regime.
You will be confident in all things QLD conveyancing with an interest in expanding your knowledge across Victoria and New South Wales.
This is a hybrid role primarily focusing on contract review and drafting support while providing settlement support during high volume times.
This includes maintaining and developing our best practices in residential conveyancing and managing clients through the residential conveyancing journey.

We want you to be part of our team setting up an industry-leading response to the new Seller Disclosure regime and owning process improvements through this journey.
Your skills and experienceHave at least 18 months' experience in a high-volume conveyancing environmentAre admitted to the Supreme Court and hold a valid Practising CertificateLooking to leverage your conveyancing skills into a hybrid role, including hands-on conveyancing work and completing projects to improve our processesWant to be heard.
Take control of your role and dictate preferred processes to make things better.
