Job Description Lets get crafting
Share your love of arts and crafts with residents at HammondCare Aged Care Home in Daw Park.
Show off your creative and artistic skills as you assist people to create their own pieces, we have a huge range of resources available on site to access in this role.
Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.
HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements 18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare plus NDIS Worker Screening Check
We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week fora one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weeklyto fortnightly depending on your availability.
