Job DescriptionAccompany residents from HammondCare Scone as they enjoy short outings around Scone in our mini-bus.
You will be accompanied by a mini-bus driver and care staff who will look after the residents' personal care needs.
You will suit this role if you are comfortable to:
Be a safe and confident driver to assist staff during bus outings.Attend full/half day excursions.Provide social support and interact during activities.If you feel this is a good match for you, we'd like to hear from you.
Your ImpactVolunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

RequirementsBus trips generally run for 1-2 hours between 9:30-11:30 AM and 1-3 PM.
We can discuss a suitable day of the week or fortnight that suits your availability.
Minimum requirements include:
