We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a key player in our organisation as Project Co-ordinator.
Key areas: Conduct in-depth research and analysis, providing the Executive President of Fleet & Procurement with essential information to support well-informed decision-making and strategic planning Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to streamline the effectiveness of administrative activities in the Fleet and Procurement Business Unit Take charge of events and special projects, creating impactful Power Point presentations, special reports, documents, and agenda materials Manage, prepare, and review high-level complex communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet business requirements Act as the primary point of contact for the President of Fleet & Procurement, efficiently handling and prioritizing urgent matters to ensure the optimal use of their time Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings to ensure competing demands are effectively managed Handle travel management and itinerary planning for the President of Fleet & Procurement Assist in the coordination of cyclical people processes for the President of F&P, such as scheduling performance review meetings, management of excess annual leave etc Are you the one?
This is not your typical Project Coordinator role; we need someone who can think outside the box, is driven, and hungry to contribute significantly to our organisation's success.
As an impactful member of our team, you will work closely with the executive leadership, supporting them in various administrative, strategic, and operational capacities.
You'll have the opportunity to be part of exciting projects and influence the direction of our company.
You can demonstrate: Proven experience as an Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interactions with internal and external stakeholders Strong research and analytical abilities to provide valuable insights to aid decision-making processes Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in creating engaging Power Point presentations Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure At Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
