About the role: You'll be supporting Program and Project Managers and contribute to a body of ongoing transformation work in the Business Systems, Retail team.
This includes resourcing, budgeting, maintaining project documentation, reporting and other ad-hoc tasks that may be required.
Beyond project Administration, you'll have the opportunity to assist with driving projects forward phase to phase, chasing deliverables and managing the action log.
Ideally you are comfortable being a proactive communicator and can articulate both the day-to-day details and where they fit in the program's big picture.
This role would suit someone looking to move into a Project Management role down the line – as a part of your growth in the role of coordinator, you will receive a lot of development support with the aim to have you managing small projects once you are settled into the role, as a development plan to progress you to a project manager in the mid-term.
Coordinate Program and project management activities including assisting with: Resource planning and tracking Assist with creation/maintenance of Project documentation in line with Ampol's project management methodology Project Reporting & maintaining project information in Ampol's project management reporting tool Undertake administrative tasks including: Scheduling meetings, recording decision and action items from the meeting Follow up actions and deliverables when due Assist in onboarding new team members Track expenses and costs including raising Purchase Orders, Good Receipt, and extract reports in Ampol's purchasing system Reviewing & reconciling team member timesheets Liaise with program/project managers, other team members and vendors to determine progress of deliverables.
Identify issues and escalate as necessary Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management to ensure project deadlines are met Qualifications/Experience: Proven work experience and track record as a Project Coordinator or similar role Experience in supporting project managers through the full end-to-end Project cycle Knowledge of project management software e.g.
Microsoft project, Project Management tools & advanced Excel Proactive nature to ensure constant awareness and knowledge of changes in operation throughout the Ampol business Confident with complexity, contradiction, and change Well-developed organisational skills and the capacity to be flexible in balancing priorities to meet/exceed customer needs.
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills Excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage and influence change.

This is across base salary, a performance incentive, employee share offers and a 25% discount on Fuel for two privately used cars
