Join Our Team: Accounts Payable Officer Needed
Pro-invest Group is a global asset management and investment firm specializing in real estate, with an extensive track record of both delivering new-build hotels and repositioning existing hotels across Australia and New Zealand. As a leading hotel developer, we are a trusted partner to some of the world's most recognized hotel brands, currently including Holiday Inn Express, voco, Sebel, Hotel Indigo, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, and our other branded partners. We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Accounts Payable Officer to support our dynamic finance team. With a portfolio of 24 hotels across Australia and New Zealand, we offer an exciting opportunity for growth in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Manage purchase orders and invoice processing with precision.
Ensure compliance with our Delegation of Authority.
Conduct regular reviews and follow-ups on outstanding supplier invoices.
Support payment processes and maintain accurate vendor databases.
Develop professional relationships with suppliers and handle account queries efficiently.
Embrace a technology-driven mindset to automate manual tasks, implement new technologies, and adapt to our ever-evolving environment.
Foster a collaborative team environment that takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department.
Who You Are
You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
You're adept at handling high-volume transactions and have a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in NetSuite and MS Excel is preferable.
You're self-motivated, with a drive to succeed as part of a high-performance team.
You thrive under pressure and are eager to grow with a fast-growing organization.
