Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Intern in Kogarah
This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, enhance their professionalism, and learn about the financial operations of a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the processing of invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.Help maintain the accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statements.Support the preparation of payment runs and ensure adherence to our company's policies and procedures.Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and queries related to invoices and payments.Input and update data into financial software systems.Assist in the review and organization of documents for audit purposes.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.Gain exposure to the broader finance department functions, including budgeting and forecasting.Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer: Hands-on experience in the accounts payable process.Mentorship and guidance from experienced finance professionals.Networking opportunities with industry professionals.A supportive and friendly work environment.Potential for future employment opportunities upon completion of the internship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
