Description About the Position Digital Marketing Specialist VIC, Sport Community - Melbourne 3000 Full-time role - 12 month contract Flexible working conditions, Supportive leadership team, Victoria80,000 base + Superannuation Innovative, fun, and fast-paced environment to make your mark The Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to take us to the next level by enhancing Sports Community's digital marketing strategies to drive the acquisition and retention of a subscription-based product.
To be successful in this position, you will need to thrive in a fast paced, competitive environment.
In this role you will be required to always be looking for the next opportunity to take advantage of, to ensure that existing and potential customers can find us online when requiring our products and services.
You will have to be solution driven and will be willing to challenge yourself and the status quo.
You will be a self-starter who works autonomously with tight timelines and delivering on agreed KPIs based on business priorities.
As well as working closely with stakeholders across Sports Community business to define and execute digital marketing strategies for our business.
Roles and responsibilities Management and support for multi-layered and multi-channel digital campaigns to drive acquisition and retention Design email marketing programs to optimise automated campaigns, targeted communications including paid digital strategies and implementation Provide digital marketing solutions support and ongoing maintenance for all our websites including development, integration and troubleshooting Familiarity and working knowledge of tools and conducting keyword audits and keyword research to identify new SEO to ensure Sports Community's meeting all SEO best practices.
Advising and implementing on-site technical optimisations, including – metadata, breadcrumbs, page structure, redirects, schema, sitemaps, load speeds and more.
About you3+ years' Digital Marketing experience.
Have a hands-on approach to jump in and get the job done Experience using CMS technologies (Wordpress) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms (Infusionsoft (Keap) preferred)Thorough understanding of the digital marketing sales funnel and how to engage with a prospect at every touchpoint in the customer journey; Up to date with search engine algorithms, SEO and SEM ranking factors, digital marketing trends and best practices.
Experience with other aspects of Digital Marketing, such as customer growth, e-commerce, promotions, is a plus.
Agency experience advantageous and will be highly regarded.
