Job Purpose To support the Lucy Electric Australasia regional growth strategy by servicing new and existing Sales Accounts and completing all required business administrative tasks. Plays a key role in supporting managers and team members, enabling them to focus on their primary responsibilities while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
Job Context Administrative duties relating to enquiries, quotations, order processing, and order logistics as well as maintaining proper project and order filling. The role will report directly to the Sales Director – Australasia.

Payment & Other Authorizations: As per DoA
Key Accountabilities Including but not limited to:
Assisting with Travel Arrangements, planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.Coordinating logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs.Providing general administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.Assisting with Expense Reports for Sales Director.Managing administrative tasks ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner.Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.Coordinating with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and repairs.Working with a broad internal Lucy Electric team in other departments necessary to coordinate and drive business success.Secondary Helping identify and undertake any other duties and responsibilities to improve the efficiency and quality of internal procedures and customer services.Complying with all company policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality of information relating to the company's business and staff.Qualifications, Experience & Skills Excellent communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent reporting and documentation skills.3+ Years within similar industry or role.Mature judgment with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and work with little to no supervision.Customer-focused with the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.Ability to multi-task.A team player with enthusiasm, keen to learn and develop skills.Well organized with good time management.Organized and detail-oriented.A passion for excellence and a proven ability to succeed.About Us: Lucy Group Ltd is the parent company of all Lucy Group companies.
