Your MissionDevelop integrated marketing strategies to build awareness, create demand and accelerate pipeline.
Drive regional demand and opportunity-based marketing campaigns to detect/acquire/engage buying groups, generate new logos and accelerate big deals.
Plan and manage programs to capture and scale enterprise companies and customers, including digital and outbound campaigns and associated reporting.
What you'll do at UiPath
Partner with global marketing and demand generation teams to share regional insight and requirements, identify and develop regional marketing enablement plans, and work together to ensure an integrated marketing approach at global, region, and country levels.
Monitor marketing metrics to ensure optimal pipeline creation and follow up.
Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan to enable business growth objectives in the assigned markets and meet regional sales numbers.
Work closely with local sales, customer service and other local stakeholders.
Drive awareness across all channels for UiPath momentum and success.
Oversee digital marketing efforts to enable local awareness and online demand generation.
Track local lead generation and follow up activities.
Drive account-based marketing programs to support strategic accounts and big deals.
Develop customer marketing programs, including customer advocacy and case-studies, to drive momentum.
What you'll bring to the team
10+ years' experience in marketing, including in a demand generation, account-based marketing or campaign management role.
10+ years' experience in B2B software or technology industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed, result-oriented and the ability to manage frequently changing priorities and projects.
Building trustful work relationships with various audiences.
Ability to collaborate with a rapidly growing sales organization.
Exposure to collaborating with a global marketing organization to customize worldwide assets and B2B propositions for different countries.
Expertise in online and digital marketing execution and an understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics.
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
