The Opportunity:
As the Customer Support Sales Representative Outbound at Komatsu, your role is to provide excellent customer service and offer solutions.

You'll be trained as an expert with our range of heavy mobile equipment aftermarket parts and services, preparing you to make phone calls and build relationships with our clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need great communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.

Customer-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Pipeline management and analysis experience.
Experienced using the Microsoft Suite of software.
Heavy vehicle and equipment parts market experience is desirable but not required.
