We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic support workers to join our dedicated team in Kallangur and surrounding suburbs to provide person centered care to our participants.

We currently have multiple positions opening in Kallangur and surrounding suburbs, providing support to our participants to meet their individual goals.
In this rewarding role you will be supporting people who have complex disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals, fostering a more valued role within their community.
In this role you will be assisting individuals with various disabilities, helping them prioritise tasks as well as fostering a supportive environment that promotes their independence and personal growth.
Other responsibilities may include: Provide individual support to achieve individual goals. Support the participant in the community. Assistance with domestic duties. Assistance with the preparation of nutritious meals and supporting a healthy lifestyle. Providing accurate and detailed incident reports, shift notes and shift handovers. Maintaining participant records. Qualifications and Skills: Cert 3 Individual Support or equivalent and/or minimum 1 year experience supporting clients with High Physical Support Needs, Psychosocial disabilities and/or complex behaviours is highly desirable. Valid Drivers licence essential. Current Paid employee Blue Card. Current Paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance. Current First Aid & CPR. NDIS 'Worker Orientation' module (or willing to obtain before employment). Full Australian working rights. Smart phone with internet access. Two current (within the past 2 years) professional references from a supervisor will be required.
