Our culture is built on values that prioritise Acting for Customers, Continuously Improve, and Caring for Each Other.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of lifecycle programs within the acquisition phase of the learner lifecycle.
This role will be pivotal in driving our CRM segmentation, email, and SMS strategies while collaborating with the broader business for omni-channel segmentation, advertising, web, and advisory.Here's a glimpse into your day to day:Develop and optimise the acquisition lifecycle marketing strategy to attract, nurture, and convert future learners.Manage contact and segmentation strategy, ensuring compelling messages reach the right audience at the right time.Collaborate with the wider business on cross-channel journey alignment to deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints.Oversee the content strategy for nurture programs, crafting compelling email and SMS copy.Manage, update and craft targeted email marketing templates for nurture, triggered emails and in support of Advisory.Optimise lifecycle through automation, segmentation, and personalisation.Evaluate campaign and program performance, embrace experimentation, and provide regular performance reports.Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and marketing legislation, safeguarding brand reputation.If you're ready to make an impact, here's what we're looking for:A strong track record in lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.Proven experience in building and executing complex journeys that encompass multiple channels.Hands-on experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Braze.Skilled at developing emotionally personalised campaigns and driving conversion across various touchpoints.Technical proficiency in all aspects of campaign creation and management, with the ability to troubleshoot HTML problems or data issues.Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting and data management.Deep understanding of CRM (data fields/structures) and their application within lifecycle marketing.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.Curious mindset and a problem-solving attitude.Ability to adapt and thrive in an evolving environment.Ability to collaborate and influence people across the business.Able to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.What do we offer?Not-for-profit salary packaging benefits, including novated leasing.Competitive market salary along with annual individual and company incentives.Discounted gym memberships and health insurance.Learning and training opportunities.Subsidised study opportunities.Paid subscription to Calm as part of our commitment to health and wellbeing.Inclusive leave policy to swap and recognise significant events that fall outside of our public holidays.Workation leave – work remotely anywhere for 10 days of the year.OUA is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, reflecting the diversity of the marketplace we serve.
