You're skilled in Paraplanning: You have experience helping craft personalised, compliant SOAs, and your strong technical knowledge helps empower advisers to present optimal solutions.
You're Passionate About Financial Planning: With 3+ years of experience, you're familiar with superannuation, insurance, and investment strategies and are ready to contribute to a firm that shares your dedication to helping clients achieve their goals.
You're a Communicator Extraordinaire: Whether it's liaising with clients, advisers, or team members, your clear and confident communication ensures everyone is on the same page.

What You'll Need?
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Services Officer/Manager.
Completed at a minimum RG146 or equivalent Dip FP/ Adv Dip FP.
Proven experience writing personalised and compliant SOAs, including projections and modelling.
Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies and solutions to optimise client outcomes.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Expertise in superannuation, insurance, and investment advice documentation, from initial meetings through to implementation and ongoing follow-up.
Proficiency in platforms such as Xplan and Xeppo (highly regarded).
Superior understanding of FDS and Annual Renewal/Opt-In processes.
A client-focused and team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
The Role:
We are looking for an additional team member to join us. This full-time Client Services Officer position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director and Principal Financial Adviser, Hugh Robertson, as well as our Senior Paraplanner, Client Service Team, and valued clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our advisers and delivering tailored financial solutions that truly make a difference.
