Project Scheduler | Renewable Energy | Solar + BESS Our client, a leading player in Australia's renewable energy sector, is seeking a skilled Scheduler to join their dynamic team in Melbourne.

The Role
As a Scheduler, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of renewable energy projects.
Your expertise will be crucial in:
Developing and managing comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software Coordinating with multiple project teams to maintain schedule accuracy Identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts Monitoring critical paths and proactively addressing delays Facilitating schedule reviews with stakeholders Providing regular updates to project managers and senior leadership Key Responsibilities
Create detailed project timelines and roadmaps Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and site teams Analyse project performance and prepare reports Develop contingency and recovery plans Maintain an up-to-date database of project schedules Identify process improvements in scheduling practices Is this you?
We're looking for someone who possesses:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in renewable energy Proficiency in MS Project Enterprise or Primavera P6 Strong understanding of CPM and EVM methodologies Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with utility-scale solar farms or BESS projects (desirable) Relevant certifications such as PMI-SP or PSP (desirable) What they Offer
