The Opportunity: Joining Komatsu as the National Product Manager for Mining Excavators presents a rare and exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to unleash their potential in the dynamic world of cutting-edge equipment and technology.
As the steward of Komatsu's stocking plan for Australia, this highly coveted role is tailor-made for those ready to make a significant impact in the heavy machinery sector.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Managing product stock levels and pipeline reports.
Ensuring seamless global communication with Komatsu factories.
Providing essential support in marketing, sales, technical, and service aspects.
Aligning inventory strategies with prospective sales.
Serving as a subject matter expert on our fleet of Mining Excavators.
Providing comprehensive sales training on various products to regional and branch staff.
This role offers an incredible opportunity for national and international travel, allowing you to collaborate with teams worldwide and contribute to the global evolution of the heavy machinery sector.

What we are looking for: Demonstrated ability to drive successful strategies and outcomes in sales and/or product management.
Effective business development capabilities, showcasing the capacity to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
In-depth knowledge positioning you as a subject matter expert in Mining Excavators.
Proficiency in solution-based problem-solving, exhibiting a strategic approach to overcoming challenges.
Keen business sense and awareness of contractual nuances for informed decision-making.
Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics AX CRM knowledge preferred.
