Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a trusted member of the team who will contribute confidently and embrace an abundant future. You will exemplify graciousness, explore beyond your assumptions and actively seek solutions as you undertake your role.This role will see you drive operational and educational performance across assigned services, delivering high-quality and inclusive education and care to children and their families. The position oversees six (6) small boutique centres across North Brisbane (4), Gympie (1) and Rockhampton (1). It includes both Early Learning and OSHC in-centre services that are purpose rather than profit driven.The position's key responsibilities include:To ensure the delivery of service programs and assessments are of the highest quality and are responsive and inclusive to community needs.To ensure services are compliant with all regulatory requirements including internal operational policies, risk management and work health and safety standards.To develop collaborative partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the recruitment and placement of service level education and care professionals.Increase performance, pedagogy practice and knowledge of teams.Uniting Early Learning is able to offer a competitive salary in addition to:Flexible work hours - Option for 9-day fortnightHybrid work location - Typically start week with centre visits, Thursday at Office and Friday WFHFree off-street parking at the officeExtra Day off at ChristmasTool for trade vehicleOngoing professional development & support from in-house quality teamWhat do you need to be successful in this role?Qualifications in Early ChildhoodDemonstrated experience across multi-sites or large operations managing, mentoring and supporting early childhood education and care services to deliver high-quality outcomes, improve performance and in building a capable and engaged workforce.Demonstrated ability to achieve business outcomes through commercial and operational acumen across all service types. Additionally, qualifications in Business or related field are highly desirable.Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate across team collaboration and cooperation to achieve best practice outcomes in child wellbeing and inclusion.Skills, capability, and experience in exploring options and implementing innovative strategies, including analysing trends and data; developing and maintaining effective relationships/ partnerships; and engaging with research and best practice.How to ApplyIf you've been reading this, nodding along and thinking, "This was written for me", we would love to hear from you.
