The role will be responsible for complex AP tasks and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure payments services and query resolutions are consistently delivered to a high standard and in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
The role will also be responsible for developing business relationships with the Operating Companies being supported and any Talent representatives.REPORTING LINE:This role will report to the Head of Media Reconciliations and Accounts PayableKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Talent Accounts Payable: Processing of talent and freelancer invoicesArranging Payment of talent and freelancer invoicesMonth end reconciliation of talent transaction reportsArrangement of Talent superannuation costs payments monthlyPerforming STP requirements monthly and STP year end requirementsEnsure that talent and freelancers are created in Spectra PF in accordance with specific ATO guidelinesLiaise with talent representative bodies as and when requiredAny other duties as reasonably requestedTeam Membership:Demonstrate and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and collaborationAttend team and other meetingsBuddy with and train new employees as requiredPractice courteous assertiveness with all interactionsDemonstrate the behaviours expected from the team and customersDemonstrate the WPP AUNZ Personal AttributesProvide strong emphasis on providing 'needs based' customer serviceEscalate matters to management as appropriateSkills and qualifications5+ years' experience in the Accounts Payable fieldStrong people interaction and relationship building skillsSound data entry and administration experienceAdvanced MS Office skills, with high degree of confidence in MS ExcelExperience using financial systems including ERP and electronic workflow solutionsSpectra PF experience desirableExcellent written and oral communication skillsWell organised with the ability to prioritise workloadsAbility to work well with others; a desire to be part of a teamEffective organisation skills with the ability to prioritiseHOW WE WORKAt WPP, our people are at the heart of everything we do.Our mission is to build and foster an inclusive culture of belonging, one that is equitable, tolerant, and respectful of diverse thought and individual expression.Our ambition is to create workplaces where our people feel not only that they have opportunities to thrive, but also that they are celebrated.
