An exciting opportunity has become available for a Centre Manager to join the team at our Dural, Geniuschildcare centre.

As a Centre Manager, you will be joining a company that recognises you, your experience and empowers you to be the best leader.
Your new centre: Conveniently located 10 minutes from Castle Hill and 5 minutes from Cherrybrook, this centre has a modern indoor space that is bright and filled with light to create an inspiring learning environment.
Filled with resources to support the children's development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.
Your new role: Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF.Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care.Manage your centre's performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centre's KPI's and Assessment & Ratings results.Build strong relationships with families and the community.
