Business Development Manager (m/w/d) – Business Growth & Strategy Australia (Freelancer)
Drive International Growth and Expand Market Reach.
As a Business Development Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to accelerate our company's global expansion.
You will play a key role in growing our client base, entering new markets, and increasing revenue in our English speaker market across Australia.

What will you do as the Business Development Manager: Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities.
Business Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to tap into new markets and segments.
Customer Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, execute acquisition strategies, and conduct negotiations.
Business Planning: Prepare business plans, presentations, and proposals to support growth and development.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects for new products or services.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse business results and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the company and expand business connections.
What are your skills and abilities: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
At least 4 years' experience in Business Development or a similar role, ideally in the Human Resources sector or Healthcare.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Outstanding communication skills and thrive in dynamic environments and multicultural and diverse teams.
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
