The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the team at Wales Bus Repairs.
This role will see you perform a variety of tasks, including:
Creation of estimates for damaged heavy vehicles using IBodyshop.Consulting and updating customers on the progress of their claim and repairs status.Utilizing and learning Electronic Part Catalogues for manufacturers.This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities to grow your career within our great team.

Role ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to clients and work providers.Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as needed.Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner.Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Handing over completed repairs to customers.Does this sound like you?Previous industry experience (Essential)Strong commitment to working safely.Good attitude with excellent communication skills.High attention to detail.Reliable, hard-working, and a team player.BenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our team because it's our people that set us apart and drive our business success.
