Partnering with the whole of business to enable both team member and organisational effectiveness you will be supported to achieve collective goals through open mindsets as well embedded practices, processes, and frameworks.As a generalist you can apply your skills and experience across a broad spectrum of services including reporting and analytics, org design, ER/IR, change management and workplace health and wellbeing. Not afraid to get into the detail and problem solve, this role sees you bounce between day-to-day operations and advice through to strategic planning and counsel.
