It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane.
It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the entire duration of their stay.
A few of your responsibilities Provide outstanding guest service to guests to enhance their experienceManage all guests requests and maintain guest accountsSound knowledge of local attractions and surroundsPerform check in and check out in a professional, friendly, and efficient way for all guestsPerform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklistsWhat we will be looking for Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiencesExceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer serviceProfessional telephone mannerAbility to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clientsExcellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacyAbout you The successful candidates will possess that go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests, while maintaining our 5-star commitment.
Prior experience within the hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our hotel team at The Star Brisbane.
