The Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the entire duration of their stay.
A few of your responsibilities
Provide outstanding guest service to guests to enhance their experience Manage all guests requests and maintain guest accounts Sound knowledge of local attractions and surrounds Perform check in and check out in a professional, friendly, and efficient way for all guests Perform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists What we will be looking for
Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiences Exceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer service Professional telephone manner Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients Excellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacy About you
The successful candidates will possess that go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests, while maintaining our 5-star commitment.
Prior experience within the hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our hotel team at The Star Brisbane.

About us
The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
