What's on offer?We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Senior Project Engineer - Electrical for our Water Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business, focusing on a newly awarded Sydney Water project.
This role is initially based in Alexandria and transitioning to Fairfield once the project begins.

In this role you'll be responsible for:Fostering effective collaboration and communication with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project goalsOverseeing, supervising and co-ordinating technical aspects of the projectImplementing site safety standards and monitoring throughout the construction durationMonitoring project budgets - initiating and executing work to minimise cost, ensuring they are in line with the forecasted costs to completeMonitoring and reporting on project progress through weekly look aheads and monthly project schedule updatesLeading, overseeing and maintaining project quality documentationLeading a team of site and project engineersProcurement of electrical equipmentManaging commissioning activities for the projectHow you'll connect to the role:Degree level qualification in Engineering (Electrical)Preferably hands-on experience in Water utilities sectors with exposure to WWTPs and/or Networks, and associated Mechanical and Civil infrastructurePreferably experience in delivering large brownfield projects in the water or utilities (power/gas) sectorKnowledge of Safety, project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functionsAlignment with our shared values of Respect, Energy, Attitude & LeadershipExperience with quality control, construction completion and commissioningAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely CultureOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
