Join a dynamic and innovative global insurer as a Home Claims Knowledge Leader, where you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Role:
As the leader of a team of Knowledge Content Writers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Home Claims Knowledge while aligning with business strategy, compliance standards, and customer-focused outcomes.
What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-6 Knowledge Writers and SMEs to meet KPIs and deliver high-quality content.Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of best-practice knowledge through platforms like HIYA to optimise processes and enhance team effectiveness.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.Collaborate with key stakeholders across delivery teams to ensure alignment with Home Claims strategy and regulatory requirements.Champion a culture of engagement and high performance, role modeling company values and driving positive outcomes.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in creating and maintaining process and procedural documentation.At least 12 months of experience in Home Claims or a similar environment.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business.Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.A solid understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations in the insurance sector.Why Join Us?
