This job offer is not available in your country.EPEC Group is a high voltage connections specialist, providing HV power engineering, EPC (for substations, lines and BESS BoP), testing and compliance services.EPEC also provides market modelling services, SCADA and Hardware in the services.Our mission is to lead the way in connecting the future of Australia's energy supply to renewable power generation sources.Since being founded in 2019, we have grown rapidly to support an evolving industry.We manage connections to the national electricity market through end-to-end solutions from pre-enquiry to connection and registration, testing, compliance and commercial operations.THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly organised and efficient Site Administrator in New England, NSW to provide support to our project, enabling work to be completed safely and efficiently in line with project and portfolio requirements.This is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your administration career.This is a contract position until the end of July 2025 on a 10 : 4 roster.Your main responsibilities for this support role include:Setting up projectsProject costings and invoicesUpdating risk registers and relevant project documentationReviewing timesheetsGenerating and distributing reportsThis will be a key support role, assisting the project delivery team with their day-to-day administrative duties as you facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.The ability to prepare claims & invoices, conduct site inductions, arrange travel, track on-site deliveries, and create project documents, folders and site packs while working to a high standard will be essential.Our ideal candidate will have outstanding attention and will thrive working in a busy, fast-paced environment.This job requires a valid Australian Drivers Licence and Construction Induction Card (or ability to obtain).ABOUT YOUTertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent desirableMust be available to work a 10 : 4 roster, including SaturdaysSome experience in a similar role is fine, however we are open to candidates with no relevant experience looking to kick-start their administration careerValid Australian Drivers Licence essential and Construction Induction Card or willing to obtainFirst Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)Proven experience multitasking and meeting deadlines in a busy, customer-focused environmentTechnically savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills essentialPronto XI system experience for project activities including managing timesheet records, project finances and project activities highly desirableWHY USThis is your chance to be part of a reputable, forward-thinking company with a strong brand and a culture that values innovation, collaboration and excellence.Our 6 core values, Customer Centric, Certainty, Enjoyment, Future Focused, Integrity and Safety form the pillars of our organisation.A list of our employee perks include:Fully stocked snack bar and drinks in the fridgeFrequent team and social eventsOn-site barista to take care of your morning caffeine fixProfessional membershipsAccess to EAP and novated leasingFlexibility to enable work/life balanceOngoing professional training and developmentCareer progression in a fast-growing organisationWe respectfully request no agency approaches.
