About the Role Are you a highly organised, creative multitasker with a passion for social media and content creation?
As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you'll manage and create content across multiple platforms for our childcare and commercial brands while helping elevate Coulson Operations' profile.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll juggle multiple tasks, develop engaging content, and bring innovative ideas to life.
You'll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with the tools to deliver high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Your Responsibilities Platform Management:Oversee and manage the following accounts:
Instagram: Kool Beanz Academy, Kool Beanz SUNS, Hive Byron Bay, and The Commons Casuarina.LinkedIn: Coulson Operations and Kool Beanz.Content Creation:Build and execute a content calendar, creating visually engaging posts, reels, and videos that align with our brand identity.Capture on-the-ground moments that showcase the energy, values, and unique qualities of our childcare and commercial brands.Key Skills & Attributes Highly Organised: A proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Creative Visionary: A passion for crafting compelling content and telling stories through visual and written mediums.Social Media Expert: Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with experience managing and growing accounts.Video Editing Proficiency: Skilled in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing software.Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.Collaborative: Comfortable engaging with childcare staff, business leaders, and stakeholders to gather content and represent our brand authentically.Trend-Aware: Always up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and features to keep our content fresh and innovative.Technical Skills: Competent in photo and video editing tools, as well as social media scheduling and analytics platforms.Driver's License: Willingness to travel locally to centres on a weekly basis to capture content.What We Offer A chance to grow within a fast-expanding business and progress into future marketing roles.The opportunity to shape the digital voice and identity of well-known childcare and commercial brands.Creative freedom to stretch your ideas and push boundaries in content creation.A supportive Marketing Manager to guide your growth while empowering you to lead content strategies.Regular travel to vibrant communities, offering variety and fresh perspectives in your role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
