About this Opportunity We're seeking a talented Product Marketing Specialist to promote and market our highly regarded range of essential, everyday food packaging and consumables products integral to Australia and New Zealand's food and beverage sector.
No day will be the same; with the scope and breadth of this role, you will continue to develop your suite of marketing skills across digital and traditional channels including product marketing.
Supported by Graphic Designers within the team, the marketing collateral you will create will include flyers, brochures, and product information statements for either digital or printed media.
In particular, your digital marketing will include website maintenance and enhancement, eCommerce and external marketplace platforms as well as the anticipated traditional and digital channels.
Working with our highly regarded Marketing Manager, within a tight-knit team, you will have the ability to both support and lead marketing projects and initiatives across the breadth of the marketing remit.
About you to ensure your success You will be passionate about all things marketing; we don't need to tell you the pivotal role marketing plays in driving business success supporting our customers to showcase the food and beverage experience for their consumers
While incredibly talented, you are equally humble, adopting a can-do approach where you seamlessly take accountability for your projects, ensuring they meet the brief, exceed expectations, and deliver the targeted outcomes.
A little more about you, we anticipate you will have:
2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience within a relevant market sector, for example: FMCG business, Packaging industryBroad computer skills across the Office suite, specialising in PowerPoint and Excel coupled with your ability to quickly learn new skillsAdvanced communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to whip-up copy, proof, and edit as seamlessly as you manage your key stakeholder engagements and relationshipsExperience in or an understanding of eCommerce platforms, Shopify, WordPress, Google Merchant Centre, as well as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO and SEM, Adobe CC and Customer Journey mapping and enhancementA genuine passion for marketing, content, and product, and pride in seeing your projects come to lifeWe seek a genuine team player for this role; while our brand is "Castaway", no one here operates on an island or in isolation.
