Our collections are stocked in leading day spas across Australia and New Zealand and are available for delivery worldwide. The Role We're seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand's online presence.
In this dynamic role, you'll craft engaging content across multiple platforms, from eye-catching social media posts to compelling email campaigns.
Based at our Morningside HQ, you'll join a skilled and enthusiastic team, inspired by values inherent in all we do: Transparency, Excellence, Lifelong learning, Creating value, Ownership.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Content Creation: Develop and execute comprehensive 60-day content plans for partner and retail channels.
Create engaging content including carousel posts, static images, GWP assets, reels and seasonal contentEmail Marketing: Craft compelling campaign EDMs, educational content and new product launch announcements for both retail and professional audiencesPartner Engagement: Manage monthly Creative Agency Power Sessions, conduct 1:1 Digital Power Sessions with partners and provide ongoing support for their digital marketing needs.Product & Event Marketing: Create and manage product pages, home banners and event collateral.
Support various marketing initiatives including the QLD Ballet partnershipSocial Media Management: Direct content planning, proofread captions and posts, stay updated on social media trends to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or skincare industryGenuine passion for wellness & the beauty industry, with an ethical & authentic approach to businessStrong graphic design skillsProficiency in email marketing and content management systemsExperience with WordPress (HTML coding is a plus)Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy Join Us: Dynamic role you can make your ownFlexible working options + tools of tradeFree skincareOngoing training and developmentJoin a company that genuinely cares about people and making a difference - without compromiseIf you're a creative digital marketer ready to make your mark in the skincare industry, we'd love to hear from you
