With an established team structure, seasoned leadership, and a growing customer base, they are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join the team and support the next phase of growth.
The Role Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist with exceptional digital skills to join the team and work across all three companies.
This role will focus on developing and executing online and offline marketing strategies across various channels, with an emphasis on future techniques, including AI-driven marketing solutions in the home services arena.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with call centre metrics and levers to optimise customer engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company websites.Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.Campaign Management: Manage PPC, display, and social media advertising campaigns for all three brands, ensuring they meet budget and performance targets.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.AI Integration: Research and implement AI-driven marketing tools and technologies that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.The Candidate Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the home services industry.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).Experience with call centre metrics and understanding of how to leverage them for improved marketing performance.Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics) and marketing automation platforms.Familiarity with AI applications in marketing, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and personalised content delivery.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.The Package Immediate interview and start ending notice periodMorningside office locationSupport from tight knit, cohesive teamOpportunity to enhance and build out the marketing function across all three companiesCreate impact for a highly successful business with strong foundations in place and uncapped potentialProgression and growth as the company continues to evolveAttractive incentives after probation period #J-18808-Ljbffr
