As an onsite leader with Silk Hospitality, you will have the chance to lead & manage a diverse workforce, further develop your personal & professional skills all whilst interacting with key, well-known clients within the hotel industry.Key Responsibilities:Ensure team KPI's are met or exceededAssist with recruitment & employee mentoringPlan & coordinate housekeeping activities according to contract termsDeliver regular reports to the Operations ManagerRoster staffAbout You:As a natural leader, your key focus will be to encourage a positive, high productive workforce that delivers an exceptional service to our clients. You will demonstrate complex problem-solving abilities & pride yourself on your strong customer service skills.
