Full Time Customer Service Role
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Tullamarine
Our client is based in Tullamarine and, due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced customer service officer to work on a full-time temp to perm basis.
If you are looking for a Customer Service role where you are deeply dedicated to helping customers, working within a KPI environment, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, then this role is for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiriesEnsure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookingsAdministration tasks as requiredCommunicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct informationMaking outbound calls to advise of completion of jobsMeeting KPI targetsLiaising with operations to ensure prompt and efficient serviceWorking within a teamTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous customer service experience (transport background preferred)Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative supportAbility to work independently or as part of a teamSAP experience preferredWorking knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representingAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
