Management Accountant - Independent Advertising AgencyA leading Independent Advertising Agency is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team to provide decision support to their Senior Management, whilst supervising their team members.
Duties will include, but not be limited to: Providing commercial decision support to Senior Management, Account Service and Production.Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, commercial commentaries and presentation to Senior Management and CFO.Monthly Financial and Management Reporting.KPI and dashboard analysis on key revenue and cost levers.Continuously developing the commerciality of the wider agency staff.Implementing increasingly commercial management reporting tools and reports.Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with your commercial stakeholders.P&L and balance sheet review.Supervising and inspiring your direct reports.The successful candidate should be CA or CPA qualified with 4 - 8 years commercial finance experience.
A preference will be given to candidates with previous finance experience from Advertising or Marketing Services sectors.
You should be technically strong and have the ability to impart complex commercial financial advice to non-finance staff within this Agency.
