Job Details: Job ID: 796956Location: Victoria Street, VIC- Melbourne CBD, VIC, AustraliaDepartment: Credit Assessment/ExecutionField: Data & AnalyticsEmployment Type: Permanent Full timeOpening at: Dec 10 2024 at 06:00 AEDTClosing at: Dec 16 2024 at 23:55 AEDTIn this Senior Analyst Credit Strategy Monitoring role you will be: Responsible for the ongoing monitoring of automated and assisted credit decisioning strategies across the credit life cycle and machine learning decisioning models in Business Lending.Reviewing the performance of credit risk strategies designed to simplify and automate processes for business lending customers, maintain the stated risk appetite, and achieve target returns.Developing, building, and managing monitoring for acquisition and customer management credit strategies and decisioning models, providing insights to mitigate risks to the business.Producing monthly reporting packs and data delivery for internal stakeholders to support the ongoing monitoring of trends and emerging risks for credit strategies and decisioning models.Engaging with key stakeholders across the enterprise and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.What You'll Bring: Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills using data.Strong risk management mindset.Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with different stakeholders.Effective communication skills and the ability to tell a story using data.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: We know that our people make us who we are.
