As a Medical Enabler (Medical Manager), you will:
Provide strategic input and operational support from late-stage development through growth to end-of-lifecycle of therapies in the Disease Area (DA).Seek opportunities to apply your scientific experiences and skills in service of patients.Act as a scientific expert of our medicines and diagnostic solutions throughout their product life cycles.Work in cross-border collaborations and be a member of the Network capabilities.What You Will Be Working On: Understand important data gaps, design and support data generation plans, including phase IV studies and registries.Contribute Medical Affairs expertise to patient support and/or compassionate use programs as appropriate.Build high-value continuing medical education programs for external stakeholders.Advise on strategic planning and prioritization of opportunities, considering patients' needs, resource requirements, and market access considerations.Build and contribute to medical affairs capabilities in cross-functional, cross-cultural, self-managed teams applying agile methodologies.Translate insights into strategic and actionable recommendations for varied stakeholder groups.Provide strategic medical review and approval for materials and communications.Who You Are:You are a qualified Medical Affairs professional with:
A degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology, Neuroscience, or equivalent.
Having an MD/PhD is a plus.Comprehensive knowledge of the drug development process and the Australian medical landscape.Strong relevant experience within the Medical Affairs fields as a Medical Adviser or Medical Manager.Deep understanding of the Neuroscience therapeutic landscape and established relationships with Australian Neurology KOLs.With your expertise in data comprehension and critical appraisal, you can co-create solutions to address customer needs and transform clinical practice.
