The Site
Kipara is an innovative, clean, and comfortable accommodation thriving with private rooms and self-contained villas in a sanctuary of greenery, nature, and tranquillity.

The perfect retreat for an affordable overnight holiday to the Whitsunday Islands or for a long-term to semi-permanent stay in Airlie Beach.

The Role
Under the direction of Park Managers and Relief Managers, our Guest Services Officer is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of cabins and common use areas for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including property owners, guests, staff, and the company.

You will be required to maintain a high standard of work as you will be representing our company brand in all your work and guest interactions.

Duties
Cleaning of cabins & single rooms Liaising with management and reception Stock control for linen and consumables Cleaning of communal areas First Aid (Can train if you require) Current CPR (Can train if you require) National Police Check clearance upon onboarding Working with Children's Check or equivalent Demonstrated ability to interact with different people in a professional manner Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision BelgraviaPRO pride ourselves on our strict qualification requirements for each and every employee.
We are willing to work with individuals who do not currently have their Blue Card and First Aid / CPR qualifications but are interested in working within our parks.

We are currently developing an incentive program that will see you gain your Blue Card and First Aid / CPR qualifications in order to help secure your employment with BelgraviaPRO.

All working visa holders are encouraged to submit their application and ask us about this new incentive program.

BelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties.
From campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks, we are also offering Park Manager training through the company's successful RTO.
