About the role Choice Energy is looking for a Sales Manager, providing you with the opportunity to grow your own team.
You will be responsible for day-to-day productivity while demonstrating our core values and providing coaching and development to your team.
What you will be doing day to day: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SME Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to maximize individual and team performance.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the SME team.Reporting and KPI tracking.Manage escalations within the team.Work with our Partnership team to help develop accounts.Understand different areas of the business to create and drive cross-sell opportunities.Create and deliver sales training.Foster positive relationships with our business partners and retailers.Monitor compliance, ensuring policies, procedures, and energy compliance are adhered to.What are we looking for?
