About You We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a passion for overlanding and expertise in the industry.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets. Professional Image: A polished, professional presence when representing the brand. Sales Expertise: Strong foundation in sales, with the ability to apply your skills across both B2B and B2C channels. Relationship Building: Outstanding communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams. Industry Passion: Experience in the automotive or 4WD sector is highly desirable. Customer-Focused: Committed to providing exceptional service while upholding the brand's reputation. Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and business software. Team-Oriented: Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Resilience: Able to navigate challenges with a positive attitude and adjust to change as needed. About the Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from managing initial customer inquiries to final handover.
You will also play a critical role in nurturing and expanding dealer relationships across Australia, contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Your ability to engage customers, close sales, and collaborate effectively with the team will be essential to our success.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, offering a great work-life balance in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance, proactively identifying opportunities to exceed targets. Network Expansion: Leverage industry connections to grow the dealer network and enhance supplier relationships. Product Showcasing: Confidently present and demonstrate our products at dealer visits and industry events. Administrative Excellence: Ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth internal operations with CRM systems and other tools.
